<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology (or equivalent program meeting CLIA high-complexity testing criteria)</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician required</li> <li>Current certification through an approved agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent</li> <li>Active Texas laboratory licensure or eligibility to obtain, as required by state law</li> <li>Demonstrated competency in advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and complex specimen processing</li> </ul>
