- Inspira Medical Center Vineland is a 262-bed, 441,000 sq ft facility on 62.5 acres at the intersection of Routes 55 and 552 in Cumberland County — purpose-built for integrated, efficient care delivery
- 10 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, 2 OB procedure rooms, and 10 labor & delivery rooms
- Annual case volume: approximately 10,068 OR cases, 4,657 endoscopy cases, and ~2,500 OB deliveries (C-section rate ~40%)
- Broad case mix: OB, orthopedics (very busy), spine (busy), bariatric, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, GYN, urology, robotics, endoscopy, simple pediatrics, and simple neurology — no cardiac or trauma
- Call structure: 4 calls per month total, including 1 weekend call per month; in-house call with most call days starting at 15:00; post-call day off following each call shift; beeper/early-out call on post-call day
- Night float system in place — provides structured call-free weeks for attending physicians

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility through the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
