About the Community

Tarpon Springs sits on Florida's Gulf Coast in Pinellas County, roughly 30 miles northwest of Tampa, and is best known for its authentic Greek heritage — the Historic Sponge Docks, the annual Epiphany celebration, and a thriving waterfront dining and cultural scene set it apart from any other Florida community. Residents enjoy year-round outdoor recreation along the Anclote River and at Fred Howard Park, access to the Pinellas Trail for biking and hiking, and some of the Gulf Coast's most scenic beaches and boating waters. Florida's no state income tax environment means more take-home pay, and the area's highly rated schools, charming walkable downtown, and strong community calendar make it an equally strong fit for families and individuals alike.
