Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient psychiatric nursing experience or equivalent required
- Previous supervision or charge experience preferred
- Current California RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid California driver's license and proof of automotive insurance required
- Behavioral Management Training as mandated by hospital (completion required per facility policy)
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently; lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; perform reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and rapid movement as clinical situations demand
