About the Community

Tucson is a vibrant desert city of nearly one million residents set against the backdrop of five mountain ranges, offering year-round sunshine, world-class hiking in Saguaro National Park, and a thriving arts and culinary scene rooted in Sonoran culture. The cost of living remains meaningfully lower than comparable Sun Belt metros, and the University of Arizona anchors a dynamic academic and research community. Phoenix is approximately 90 minutes north, providing easy access to a major international airport while Tucson itself retains the character and pace of a mid-sized city with genuine outdoor lifestyle appeal.
