<p>Medical City McKinney in McKinney, Texas is recruiting an experienced acute care–trained Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a dedicated nocturnist role covering both the hospitalist floor and ICU. This W-2 employed position offers a defined 13-shift monthly schedule with a $140,000 base salary, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, and the clinical breadth of a 257-bed Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center — all within one of the fastest-growing communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Acute care–trained advanced practice provider required: FNP with ACNP or AGACNP dual certification, or Physician Assistant–Certified (PA-C)</li> <li>Ability and comfort managing pediatric patients in the inpatient setting</li> <li>Prior experience in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, or critical care preferred</li> <li>Active Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain</li> </ul>
