Qualifications
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
- Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Prior or demonstrated leadership experience appropriate for a site medical director role — quality improvement, provider management, or administrative responsibilities preferred
- Comfort managing the full spectrum of community ED acuity including trauma, pediatric emergencies, stroke, and STEMI activation
