About the Community
Miami offers a genuinely distinctive quality of life — year-round warm weather, world-class beaches including South Beach and Key Biscayne, and a culturally rich urban environment shaped by Latin American, Caribbean, and international influences. Florida's absence of a state income tax is a concrete financial advantage for high-earning physicians, and the city's robust economy, international dining scene, outdoor recreation (boating, fishing, Everglades access), and vibrant arts and nightlife make it an easy relocation for physicians seeking both professional excellence and an exceptional lifestyle.
