A full-time, on-site Physician Advisor opportunity is open at Baptist Health System (BHS) in San Antonio, TX — a six-hospital integrated network that is the only healthcare provider in Texas, and one of five nationally, selected by Medicare as a demonstration site for the Acute Care Episode (ACE) Program. This leadership-track role sits at the intersection of utilization management, clinical documentation integrity, and physician education, giving a clinically credentialed MD or DO the platform to drive measurable, system-wide impact.
