Practice Highlights
- Full-scope CRNA practice covering diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures across a hospital-based setting
- Responsible for the complete anesthetic episode: pre-anesthetic patient assessment and evaluation, anesthetic plan development, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia follow-up
- Selects, obtains, and administers all components of the anesthetic plan of care independently
- Documents pre-anesthetic assessments and care plans in accordance with facility and governing board standards
- Monitoring modalities selected and implemented by the CRNA as part of individualized plan of care
- Practice governed by facility Medical Staff Bylaws with additional certifications required per governing board standards

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) required
- Current AANA certification (CRNA credential) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience required
- Valid RN license or compact state license required; must obtain Texas nursing licensure within 30 days of start date
- Additional certifications as required by the facility's governing board and Medical Staff Bylaws
