A well-established, 30-year-old anesthesiology practice in Tampa, Florida is recruiting a board-certified anesthesiologist to join a large, collegial Anesthesia Care Team covering three AdventHealth hospitals. The group spans 35 physicians and 94 CRNAs delivering the full spectrum of anesthesia services — general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical — across a 626-bed tertiary flagship and two additional campuses. Tampa's no-state-income-tax environment, Gulf Coast lifestyle, and a compensation package anchored by a competitive base salary, start-date bonus, and annual retention bonus make this one of the stronger community-practice opportunities in the Southeast.
