<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited school of medical laboratory technology (meets CLIA high-complexity testing criteria per 42 CFR 493.1489)</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician</li> <li>Current certification from an approved certifying agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent</li> <li>Active state licensure as required by Arizona law</li> </ul>
