Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (American Board of Pediatrics — PEM subspecialty)
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship; graduating fellows are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated leadership experience or clearly articulated leadership potential
- Subspecialty interest or skill in at least one of the following: POCUS, quality improvement, procedural sedation, EMS, artificial intelligence in clinical settings, or transfer medical control
- Commitment to quality, patient safety, and physician education
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
