About the Community
Phoenix is one of the fastest-growing metros in the United States, offering more than 300 days of sunshine annually alongside a cost of living that remains meaningfully lower than comparable major cities — with affordable housing, favorable state income tax rates, and no tax on Social Security benefits. Outdoor enthusiasts have immediate access to hiking on Camelback Mountain, world-class golf, and water sports at nearby lakes, while the city's cultural infrastructure — including the Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, and a thriving downtown arts district — rivals much larger markets. Arizona State University anchors a strong educational ecosystem, making Phoenix an equally compelling destination for clinicians with families or those pursuing lifelong learning.
