<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>741-bed comprehensive acute care facility with 24-hour emergency services, heart and vascular, women's health, behavioral health, imaging, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics, rehabilitation, and sleep disorders</li> <li>Annual ED volume of 40,000–42,000 visits with a patient-per-hour rate of 1.8–2.0</li> <li>36 hours of daily physician coverage across four shift blocks: 6a–3p, 11a–8p, 3p–12a, and 8p–6a (10-hour shifts)</li> <li>APP coverage layered across all hours: weekdays staffed with three APPs (7a–7p, 10a–10p, 7p–7a); weekends staffed with two APPs (7a–7p, 7p–7a)</li> <li>EMR platform: MediTech</li> <li>No call obligations — clean shift-in, shift-out model</li> <li>Full subspecialty backup on campus including cardiology, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, and behavioral health</li> </ul>
