<p>Nacogdoches Medical Center is recruiting a full-time, day-shift Charge Nurse for its Med-Surg unit in Nacogdoches, Texas — a community hospital with nearly 50 years of service to the East Texas region. This role combines direct bedside care with unit-level leadership, offering an experienced RN the opportunity to guide staff, optimize patient flow, and collaborate directly with medical providers across a broad range of service lines. The position reports to the appropriate clinical leader with CNO oversight and is well-suited for a nurse ready to step into a formal leadership track.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of RN experience required</li> <li>Current RN licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and/or PALS and/or NRP required if applicable per corporate policy for the unit of hire</li> </ul>
