This is an experienced-PA role in a high-functioning emergency department environment supported by Epic EMR, bedside ultrasound, and a robust subspecialty infrastructure including a Magnet-designated, Fortune/IBM Watson Health Top 100 flagship hospital. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current PA-C certification required (NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant)</li> <li>Prior emergency department clinical experience required — new graduates will not be considered</li> <li>Active Arizona PA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Comfort managing the full acuity spectrum of a community-based emergency department, including chest pain, cardiac arrest, and high-acuity medical and surgical presentations</li> <li>Proficiency with or ability to rapidly adopt Epic EMR and bedside ultrasound workflows</li> </ul>
