Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine required; ABEM-grandfathered physicians are acceptable

- ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required for board-eligible (not yet board-certified) physicians
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one — IMLC participation strongly encouraged for out-of-state applicants
- Comfort managing the full spectrum of community ED acuity including trauma stabilization, chest pain, and stroke activation
