<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current PA-C certification (NCCPA) required</li> <li>Prior Emergency Department clinical experience required; new graduates will not be considered</li> <li>Active Arizona PA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Comfort managing the full acuity range of a high-volume community and tertiary ED, including pediatric presentations</li> </ul>
