<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current PA-C certification required (NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant)</li> <li>Prior Emergency Department clinical experience required — new graduates will not be considered</li> <li>Active Arizona PA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Comfort with the full acuity spectrum of a high-volume Level I Trauma ED, including independent patient management</li> </ul>
