Qualifications
- Board certification in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Prior leadership or administrative experience preferred; demonstrated ability to manage a large, multi-provider anesthesia department
- Cardiac anesthesia capability is desired but not required; a dedicated cardiac team is already in place
- Comfort with the full adult surgical spectrum across a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
