Qualifications

  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) required
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
  • Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Comfort with the full spectrum of community emergency department acuity, including chest pain, cardiac emergencies, and general medical and surgical presentations
  • Collaborative practice style suited to a team-based model with integrated APP coverage
