<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active, current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with proven hospital operational and leadership ability</li> <li>Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing</li> </ul>
