Nacogdoches Medical Center is recruiting a full-time Manager of Emergency Services to provide unit-level nursing leadership within its acute care hospital in Nacogdoches, TX — a community facility with nearly 50 years of service to the East Texas region. Qualifications
- Active, current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with proven hospital operational and leadership ability
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
