About the Community

Ocala sits in the heart of north-central Florida — known internationally as the "Horse Capital of the World" — and offers a lifestyle that blends outdoor recreation, Southern charm, and genuine affordability. The Ocala National Forest, Silver Springs State Park, and dozens of crystal-clear natural springs provide year-round outdoor access, while Florida's zero state income tax and reasonable housing costs stretch a CRNA salary considerably further than in most metro markets. Orlando, Tampa, and Gainesville are all within easy driving distance, giving residents access to major-city amenities while enjoying a quieter, family-friendly home base with strong public schools and a tight-knit community.
