Qualifications
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine required — ABEM or AOBEM
- Minimum two years of clinical Emergency Medicine experience
- Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude or prior administrative/medical director experience preferred
- Comfort managing the full spectrum of community and academic ED acuity, including high-volume, high-complexity presentations
