The compensation package has been significantly increased to $630,000 total inclusive of a $100,000 start-date bonus, paired with 8 weeks of PTO — a rare combination in community anesthesia. The surgical service mix spans orthopedics, spinal surgery, OB, urology, thoracic, vascular, and GI, with a night float system in place to meaningfully reduce call burden and protect work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort with a broad community-hospital case mix including OB, orthopedic, spinal, thoracic, vascular, and GI anesthesia
