A well-established anesthesia group serving the Phoenix West Valley is recruiting CRNAs to staff two high-volume Banner Health facilities — Banner Thunderbird Medical Center (Glendale) and Banner Estrella Medical Center (Phoenix) — both ranked among the top hospitals in the Phoenix metro by U.S. News & World Report. The position offers a broad surgical case mix spanning ten subspecialties, a structured four-day weekday schedule with zero overnight call, and a $260K starting base salary plus a $50,000 start-date bonus. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program; CRNA certification required
- Active Arizona CRNA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort with a broad, high-acuity surgical case mix including trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia
