Practice Highlights
- Average of 225 births per month; C-sections average 2–3 per 24-hour shift

- OB-dedicated scope: CRNAs are not pulled to the main OR during their 24-hour OB shift — all duties remain on the labor and delivery floor
- CRNAs run the floor autonomously with a supervising MD available as needed
- Student registered nurse anesthetists (SRNAs) on site, supporting a teaching-adjacent environment
- Large, collaborative care team of 9 physicians and 21 APPs
- Main OR case mix available for overtime shifts includes general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, and neurosurgery
- Jupiter Medical Center is a 283-bed facility comprising 163 private acute care beds and 120 long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and hospice beds

Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) required
- Active Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Proficiency in spinal placement, epidural placement, and epidural blood patch required
- Competency with general endotracheal anesthesia (GETA) for obstetric cases required
- Prior OB anesthesia experience strongly preferred given the dedicated labor and delivery scope
