<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA)</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency required</li> <li>Cardiac fellowship training preferred but not required — demonstrated cardiac anesthesia experience is the qualifying standard</li> <li>Proficiency with TEE for structural and EP procedures expected</li> <li>Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Comfort with high-acuity cardiac cases including ECMO, TAVR, MitraClip, and open-heart surgery</li> </ul>
