Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency required
- Cardiac fellowship training preferred but not required — demonstrated cardiac anesthesia experience is the qualifying standard
- Proficiency with TEE for structural and EP procedures expected
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort with high-acuity cardiac cases including ECMO, TAVR, MitraClip, and open-heart surgery
