Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum six months of hospital or food service experience within the past six years, OR a four-year degree in Nutrition
- DTR (Dietetic Technician, Registered) credential preferred
- Working knowledge of therapeutic diet principles, including modification and calculation of diet orders per physician prescription and RD guidelines
- Familiarity with infection control standards applicable to food service environments (hand hygiene, sanitation, personal protective practices)
