Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery & Laser Center and its network of affiliated ambulatory surgery centers across South Florida are recruiting a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time or part-time position — with zero call, no nights, and no weekends. This is a 100% outpatient role embedded in a large, well-staffed care team model covering a diverse multi-specialty surgical case mix across eight ASC sites in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Broward County corridor. A start-date bonus of up to $45,000 makes this one of the most competitive CAA openings in South Florida.

Practice Highlights
- 100% outpatient setting — no hospital call, no overnight shifts, no weekend obligations
- Typical schedule is 4 or 5 days per week, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (occasionally extending to 5:00 p.m.)
- Care team model supported by 15 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs across the network
- Surgical case mix spans orthopedics, GI, gynecology, spine, and ophthalmology
- Coverage rotates across multiple ASC sites — flexibility across locations is expected and valued
- Network of eight accredited ASC sites: Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery & Laser Center, Delray Beach Surgical Suites, Broward Specialty Surgical Suites, Coral Ridge Outpatient, OPC of Delray, Venture Ambulatory, ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, and South Florida Joint Replacement Center
- All facilities are licensed by the State of Florida, Medicare-certified, and accredited by the AAAHC

Qualifications
- Certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) required
- Active Florida license or eligibility to obtain
- Demonstrated experience managing outpatient surgical cases efficiently in an ASC environment
- Comfort working across multiple facility locations within a single network
- Collaborative team orientation — this is a high-volume, team-based care model
