<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in the State of Texas</li> <li>Active Texas medical license required</li> <li>Minimum 1–2 years of surgical or inpatient APP experience preferred; colorectal or general surgery experience strongly desired</li> <li>Strong clinical judgment and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment</li> </ul>
