Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is recruiting an experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead the diagnostic section of its Imaging Services department at this 479-bed, full-service academic medical center on Park Avenue in Memphis, TN. This supervisory role partners directly with the Imaging Director to oversee daily technical operations, staff performance, quality control, and PACS/RIS systems across a department that supports one of the region's most comprehensive hospital campuses. The position is well-suited for a credentialed radiologic technologist with 3–5 years of clinical experience who is ready to step into — or grow within — a formal leadership role at a Joint Commission-accredited, multi-specialty teaching hospital.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; Bachelor's degree required or actively in progress
  • 3–5 years of clinical radiologic technology experience
  • ARRT registry certification required
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire if not already held
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, direct, and evaluate imaging staff and set departmental quality standards
  • Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and oversight of system upgrades is expected given the scope of the role
