<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice</li> <li>Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; AHA ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP required if mandated by corporate policy for the telemetry unit of hire</li> <li>Recent acute care experience preferred; telemetry or cardiac step-down background is advantageous given the unit's cardiac-focused patient population</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate care to supporting clinical staff on a per-shift basis</li> </ul>
