About the Community

Miami offers one of the most distinctive lifestyle packages in the United States — year-round warm weather, world-class beaches, a thriving international food and arts scene, and Florida's well-known absence of state income tax, which meaningfully increases take-home pay. The Kendall area sits in southwest Miami-Dade County, providing easy access to downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, and the Florida Keys, along with abundant opportunities for boating, fishing, water sports, and coastal recreation. Miami's cultural diversity, top-rated dining, and proximity to major international airports make it equally attractive for clinicians with families or those who travel frequently.
