About the Community

Phoenix is one of the fastest-growing major cities in the United States, offering over 300 days of sunshine annually, a lower cost of living relative to comparable metros, and Arizona's favorable tax environment — including a low state income tax rate and no tax on Social Security benefits. Outdoor enthusiasts have immediate access to hiking on Camelback Mountain, world-class golf, and water recreation at nearby lakes, while the city's cultural infrastructure — Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, a vibrant downtown arts district, and Arizona State University — provides depth well beyond a typical Sun Belt market.
