Valley Anesthesiology Consultants' Cardiac Division is recruiting two additional Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join a 21-physician private practice in Phoenix, Arizona — one of the most subspecialty-advanced cardiac anesthesia programs in the country. Based at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, a nationally recognized academic medical center affiliated with the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, this group performs the full spectrum of high-acuity cardiac cases including heart, lung, and liver transplantation, all current mechanical circulatory support devices, and the complete range of structural heart interventions — all without supervision. With a compensation floor of $650,000 and a $100,000 start-date bonus, this is a rare opportunity to practice at the top of the specialty in a physician-led, established group.

Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), or board eligibility with certification achieved within 6 years of completing training
- Completion of an accredited Cardiothoracic Anesthesia Fellowship required
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort with the full spectrum of high-acuity cardiac cases including transplantation, mechanical circulatory support, and structural heart interventions
