Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) role on the Surgical Orthopedics unit — a full-time, night-shift leadership position at a 536-bed, state-designated Level I Trauma Center serving southern Palm Beach County. This is a hands-on supervisory role at a major acute care campus with specialized orthopedics, advanced cardiac and vascular services, neurosciences, and a nationally recognized brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation program. Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, paid over 24 months.

- Fair Oaks Pavilion: 53-bed adult psychiatry unit co-located on campus

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain); education must meet Florida State requirements for RN licensure
- BSN preferred
- Minimum two years of experience as a staff nurse; prior charge nurse experience preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- ACLS (AHA) required based on assigned unit
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Demonstrated ability to adapt care delivery to varied age-specific patient populations
