- Anesthesia Care Team model: 17 attending anesthesiologists and 24 allied health providers (AHPs)
- Approximately 12,000 anesthesia cases per year

- Broad case mix spanning general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, ENT, urology, vascular, neurosurgery, and gynecology
- CAA autonomy to perform regional anesthesia including spinals and epidurals, arterial line placement, and additional procedures
- Flexible shift structure with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts; scheduling distributed equitably across the group
- Call commitment of approximately one weekend every 7–8 weeks; weekday call is variable but infrequent

Qualifications
- Certification as an Anesthesiology Assistant (CAA) through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Assistant training program
- Active Florida licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (spinals, epidurals) and invasive monitoring (arterial lines)
- Comfort with a high-volume, multi-subspecialty surgical environment
