A cardiac-focused anesthesiologist is needed at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, a 473-bed accredited facility in Miami, Florida, where the anesthesia group handles 12,000 cases annually — roughly one-third of which are cardiac. The schedule is a structured 2-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation, delivering genuine built-in recovery time without sacrificing a high-acuity cardiac caseload. Cardiac fellowship is not required, making this an accessible entry point for experienced general anesthesiologists with meaningful cardiac exposure who are ready to deepen that practice in a well-staffed, clinician-led environment.
