A PRN Nurse Practitioner opportunity is available at Leonard Morse Hospital's Primary Care team in Natick, Massachusetts — a well-connected suburban community just west of Boston. This role is focused on inpatient behavioral health medical coverage, supported by an established group of physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, low-administrative-burden environment. Qualifications

  • Master's-prepared Nurse Practitioner (MSN or equivalent) required
  • Active RNP license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Additional certification(s) as required by the governing board and in accordance with facility Medical Staff Bylaws
  • Minimum two years of outpatient Family Medicine experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort working with behavioral health patient populations in an inpatient setting
  • Must meet all applicable Massachusetts state licensure, certification, and registration requirements for advanced practice nursing
