Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida is recruiting a Neuro Fellowship-trained Anesthesiologist — or a candidate with substantial neuroanesthesia experience — to join a well-established, 107-member Anesthesia Care team and help build out a rapidly expanding, high-complexity neuro and spine program. This is a full-time employed position with a $25,000 start-date bonus, a $500,000 base, and a $50,000 annual retention component, all within a group that actively promotes work/life balance through a low call burden and flexible scheduling. Qualifications
- Neuroanesthesia Fellowship training strongly preferred; candidates with substantial neuroanesthesia clinical experience will also be considered
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Comfort supervising anesthetists (CRNA/AA) in a care-team model as well as running independent cases
- Interest and aptitude for contributing to departmental policy and protocol development in a complex neuro/spine environment
