The group operates in an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model across AdventHealth Tampa (626 beds), AdventHealth Wesley Chapel (250 beds), and AdventHealth Carrollwood (120 beds), delivering the full spectrum of adult and pediatric anesthesia services — general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical. Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program; DNAP or MSN-NA accepted
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
- Active Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort with a broad adult and pediatric case mix including cardiac and obstetrical anesthesia
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs both considered; student stipend program available for final-year candidates
