Practice Highlights

- Responsible for ensuring consistent, policy-aligned use of the EMR integrated into active clinical workflows
- Develops and delivers education content to communicate EMR changes, new initiatives, and ongoing projects to providers and clinical staff
- Serves as a conduit between frontline clinicians and the Market Clinical Informatics Director — regularly surfacing provider feedback and optimization suggestions
- Collaborates with the Market Clinical Informatics Director to improve physician and clinician satisfaction with clinical systems and IS service delivery
- Participates in EMR implementation, support, and optimization projects as needed alongside the broader clinical informatics team
- Operates within established hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards — credibility and professionalism are explicit expectations of the role
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; clinical hospital experience strongly preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in a clinical hospital setting preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflow and the ability to integrate technology into active clinical practice
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills — required, not preferred
- Ability to develop and sustain collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical leadership
- Must model credibility, professionalism, and a high standard of customer service at all times
