Residents benefit from Florida's no-state-income-tax environment, a relatively affordable cost of living compared to neighboring South Florida markets, top-rated schools, and a strong family-friendly community atmosphere. World-class beaches, outdoor recreation, parks, nature preserves, and a year-round warm climate round out a lifestyle that is difficult to match in most major metro areas.</p>
