Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAOT) is recruiting a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a clinician-led anesthesia care team delivering comprehensive anesthesia services across two major hospital systems and multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a high-volume, broad-acuity practice with a $100,000 start-date bonus, 10 weeks of paid time off, and a team of 133 clinicians behind you from day one. Qualifications

  • Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) required or imminent new graduate eligible
  • Completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (CRNA training pathway)
  • Active Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain — licensure assistance provided
  • Comfort with high-acuity, diverse case mix including cardiac, trauma, pediatric, and neurological anesthesia
