<p>HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida is recruiting a board-certified Anesthesiologist to serve as Anesthesia Medical Director — a full-time leadership role embedded within a well-established, 30-year-old anesthesia group at a 407-bed Joint Commission-accredited Level II Trauma Center and UCF College of Medicine teaching hospital. The incoming Chief will lead a team of 9 physicians and 29 APPs, carrying both clinical and administrative responsibilities across a broad surgical case mix. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)</li> <li>Minimum 3–5 years of clinical anesthesiology experience required</li> <li>Prior leadership experience preferred (department chief, medical director, section lead, or equivalent)</li> <li>Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Comfort with a broad, high-volume surgical case mix in a tertiary care setting</li> </ul>
