About the Community
Goodyear is one of the fastest-growing cities in the West Valley of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, offering a lower cost of living than many comparable Sun Belt markets alongside access to top-rated schools, abundant outdoor recreation, and year-round sunshine. The area sits within easy reach of downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Sky Harbor International Airport, while maintaining a suburban character with newer housing, parks, and a strong sense of community. Clinicians relocating from higher cost-of-living markets consistently find the combination of affordable housing, warm climate, and proximity to major urban amenities a compelling lifestyle upgrade.
