A busy Level I Trauma Center in Miami, Florida is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join an established, high-volume care-team practice at a 417-bed academic-affiliated hospital. The position centers on a rich cardiac surgical case mix — CABG, valve replacements, Watchman, and Cryomaze — within a GME-accredited anesthesia residency program, supported by a large physician-CRNA team. A start-date bonus of up to $75,000 anchors a competitive total compensation package.

- Blended general and cardiac anesthesia responsibilities
- Cardiac call: one weekend per month plus one weekday per week — structured as a separate, exclusive call pool independent of general anesthesia call obligations
- Full-service campus including trauma and burn care, pediatrics, maternity services, and an orthopedic and spine institute
Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency; cardiac anesthesia fellowship or equivalent cardiac experience strongly preferred
- Echo certification required; TEE certification preferred but not required
- Demonstrated comfort with complex adult cases including cardiac surgery and Level I trauma
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
