The care team spans 34 physicians and 99 anesthetists, delivering a high-acuity, full-spectrum case mix that includes cardiac, trauma, OB, pediatrics, and neurosurgery. Compensation ranks among the top in Florida, anchored by a $100K start-date bonus and a profit-sharing structure that activates after 18 months — paired with 11 weeks of PTO, making this one of the most competitive packages in the state.

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain (licensure assistance provided)
  • Cardiac anesthesia proficiency required; willingness to perform cardiac cases with echocardiographic guidance is expected (formal TEE certification not required at time of hire)
  • Comfort with high-acuity, full-spectrum case mix including trauma, OB, pediatrics, and complex surgical subspecialties
